1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TechSci website (techsci.xyz) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Service Description
TechSci provides AI-powered Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and email automation services for B2C brands and agencies. Our platform includes:
- A public marketing website and blog
- A client portal for managing purchases, reports, and support
- CRO audit reports and email automation services
3. User Accounts
To access the client portal, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is processed securely through Whop.
- One-time purchases: Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
- Recurring subscriptions: Billed monthly until cancelled.
- Refunds: Our CRO Audit comes with a satisfaction guarantee — if we don't identify at least 10 actionable improvements, we'll refund your investment in full. For retainer clients, if you don't see measurable conversion improvement within 60 days, we work for free until you do. Other refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of CRO audit reports and deliverables created specifically for their project.
- Platform: TechSci retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.
- Website content: All content on techsci.xyz is the property of TechSci and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during our engagement, including client business data, analytics, project specifications, and communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our services are provided “as is” without warranties except as expressly stated.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with reasonable written notice (30 days). Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become due, and client data is available for export for 30 days.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes are posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
